Job Description

We are seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join our vibrant team in London. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in corporate law, demonstrating a strong capacity to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice. This role involves advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions, whilst developing innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate legal risks associated with corporate transactions and provide strategic guidance.
• Negotiate and draft contracts related to mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Assist clients in resolving corporate disputes through negotiations or litigation.
• Stay informed on changes in corporate legislation and best practices.
• Develop presentations and legal documents for client meetings.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external counsel for complex deal structures.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on corporate law matters.

Requirements

Education

• J.D. or equivalent in Law
• Specialization in Corporate Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal practice
