We are seeking a detail-oriented Court, Municipal, and License Clerk to join our dynamic legal support team. The ideal candidate will assist with case management and document preparation, ensuring that legal procedures are followed meticulously.
Responsibilities
Manage and update legal case files efficiently.
Draft and prepare various legal documents, ensuring accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic case management systems.
Work with clients and attorneys to obtain required information.
Carry out legal research and provide summaries.
Assist with administrative duties including filing and appointment setting.
Create and distribute memos and other communications.
Protect confidential information related to cases.
Support trial preparation and client meetings.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in legal assistance is a plus
