Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our compliance framework, ensuring that all company practices adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies. You will conduct regular audits and risk assessments, report compliance issues to management, and provide training to staff to foster a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries.
• Establish metrics to measure compliance effectiveness.
• Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices in compliance.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance-related matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Business, or relevant field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance roles
