Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of legal documentation for various contracts and agreements.
Advise on intellectual property matters as they arise.
Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and legal processes.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure all legal obligations are met.
Provide insights from a legal perspective on strategic business decisions.
Represent the organization in mediations or negotiations.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Master's degree in Law is preferred
