Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support our legal team and provide expert advice on various legal issues affecting the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in corporate law and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of legal documentation for various contracts and agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property matters as they arise.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and legal processes.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure all legal obligations are met.
• Provide insights from a legal perspective on strategic business decisions.
• Represent the organization in mediations or negotiations.
• Review organizational policies and practices to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to mitigate risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
• Accredited Mediator

Languages

• English: Fluent
