Job Description

This position requires a proactive individual who can assist our legal team in a variety of tasks, including preparing corporate documents, conducting research, and maintaining compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and assist in the management of corporate documents.
• Conduct case law research and compile legal summaries.
• Maintain accurate legal files to ensure compliance.
• Provide support in mergers and acquisitions documentation.
• Engage with clients to obtain required documentation.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to legal standards and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops on corporate governance.
• Help monitor deadlines for corporate filings and submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline
• Postgraduate diploma in Legal Studies is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of paralegal experience within the corporate sector
