Job Description

Join our team as a Legal Compliance Advisor, where your insights into compliance management will be invaluable. You will collaborate with various departments to develop compliance strategies that enhance our operational integrity and mitigate legal risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from staff and stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and assist with external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in compliance or legal fields preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles, with preference for experience in the legal sector
