We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our esteemed team in London. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate law, dealing with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. You'll work closely with clients to ensure compliance with legal regulations and provide sound legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse potential legal risks related to corporate management.
• Advise on the formation and dissolution of corporate entities.
• Support clients in navigating regulatory issues related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct seminars and training for clients on corporate legal matters.
• Develop and implement corporate policies to enhance compliance.
• Support pro bono initiatives related to corporate law.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Corporate Law or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law

• Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Membership
