Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Contract Specialist to manage and oversee our contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal standards while working closely with various stakeholders to mitigate risks and facilitate successful contract execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing contract assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between legal and operational teams to streamline processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Negotiate terms to safeguard the company’s interests and reduce liabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Management
  • Professional qualifications in contract management or compliance preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant fields
