Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Risk and Compliance Officer to oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with legal standards. The successful applicant will develop risk management strategies while maintaining high standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance audits and develop audit reports.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement compliance improvements.
  • Maintain records of compliance-related activities and documentation.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Law
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compliance and risk management roles
