• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations under UK law.
• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance and legal matters.
• Support merger and acquisition activities with legal due diligence.
• Represent clients in negotiations and meetings.
• Review and manage legal expenses and budgets.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Provide timely updates on legal issues and risks.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies for clients.
• Ensure the company’s practices are in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal practice
