Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing legal team in Blackpool. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire contract management process from negotiation to signing.
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline contract processes.
  • Identify contract discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement contract tracking systems and databases.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status to management.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract administration.
  • Support dispute resolution related to contractual agreements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Legal qualification preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract administration or legal support
