Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Real Estate Law Specialist to join our London team. The successful candidate will be well-versed in property law and responsible for managing a variety of real estate transactions while providing legal advice to clients. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent negotiation skills and an ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Engage in litigation as necessary to protect client interests.
• Draft policies and procedures related to property transactions.
• Advise on land use, zoning, and planning laws.
• Facilitate the acquisition of real estate assets for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Real Estate Law is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in property law
