We are seeking a dedicated Wage and Hour Investigator who will take charge of ensuring that our organization adheres to relevant labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints from employees regarding wage and hour violations.
• Conduct audits of payroll systems and timesheet documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports based on investigative findings.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Inform and educate stakeholders about compliance requirements.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes related to wage and hour matters.
• Document findings and recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Develop training sessions for employers on labor law compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Master's degree in Employment Law or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in conducting audits and preparing investigative reports.
