Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wage and Hour Investigator who will take charge of ensuring that our organization adheres to relevant labor laws and regulations. This role focuses on investigating complaints, conducting audits, and reporting findings. Your expertise will be vital in educating employers on compliance and fostering a fair workplace for all.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complaints from employees regarding wage and hour violations.
  • Conduct audits of payroll systems and timesheet documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports based on investigative findings.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Inform and educate stakeholders about compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the resolution of disputes related to wage and hour matters.
  • Document findings and recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Develop training sessions for employers on labor law compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree in Employment Law or related field is preferred
