We are seeking a skilled Legal Support Worker to provide vital support to our legal team and clients. In this role, you will represent clients in various legal matters, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in navigating complex legal matters and processes.
Prepare and submit legal documents, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Engage in regular communication with clients to keep them informed of their case status.
Support legal teams in trial preparation and strategy development.
Conduct factual and legal research to support case arguments.
Manage client files ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
Participate in mediation and negotiation meetings as required.
Deliver training and support to junior legal staff.
Represent the firm at networking events and community outreach programs.
Maintain a high level of client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Education
Qualifications in legal services or relevant experience
