Job Description

Join our team as a Court, Municipal and License Clerk, where you will serve legal documents and maintain accurate records of all served documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve legal documents promptly to the correct individuals and locations.
  • Document the service process meticulously and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all legal matters handled.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the status of document service.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding legal document service.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in legal studies is beneficial
Experience
  • Experience with process serving and familiarity with local laws.
