The successful applicant will play a key role in advising on legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and drafting contracts. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• LLM preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a legal consulting or advisory role

Certifications

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
• CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions: Working knowledge of the legal implications of mergers and acquisitions.
