Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with a passion for environmental science. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in a variety of legal tasks related to environmental cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to impactful legal strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the collection of data and evidence for environmental cases.
  • Conduct legal research on case law relevant to environmental science.
  • Draft and prepare legal briefs and documents needed for cases.
  • File documents with courts and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Communicate with clients about their cases and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on case strategies and planning.
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of timely legal filings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
  • Master's degree in Environmental Science is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal
