Job Description

The Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager will oversee contract management processes ensuring all parties meet their obligations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of contractual law, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes for materials and services efficiently.
  • Negotiate and review contracts to ensure best terms for the company.
  • Liaise with project teams to facilitate timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor contract performance and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
  • Create and maintain reporting systems for contract activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of contract compliance and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Law is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
