As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will oversee contract management activities, ensuring compliance with legal standards while negotiating and drafting contracts. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with financial teams to evaluate contract-related costs and benefits.
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits structures.
  • Assist in designing job analysis frameworks to assess roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional qualification in contract law is an advantage
