Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join our team in Dundee. The ideal candidate will assist with case management, client communication, and document preparation, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.
Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary client interviews and gather necessary information.
Assist in the preparation of litigation and transactional documents.
Perform administrative duties including managing office supplies and equipment.
Develop and maintain a database of legal resources and reference materials.
Work closely with client intake to ensure seamless onboarding.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
Education
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent qualification
Experience
2+ years of experience working in a legal setting
