Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our expanding team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, providing legal advice to businesses on various matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate law projects and initiatives within the firm.
  • Advise on intellectual property rights related to corporate transactions.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations for clients on legal topics.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
  • Assist clients with corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
  • Support litigation efforts as needed for corporate disputes.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management and legal publications.
  • Work with junior lawyers and paralegals to mentor and develop their skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Law
  • LLM in Corporate Law is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate legal practice
