Job Description

Join our team as a Legal Policy Advisor, where you'll oversee the drafting of legal documents, provide compliance training, and ensure adherence to legal standards across the organization. You will work closely with senior management to mitigate legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the legal implications of corporate strategies and operational plans.
• Research and analyze legal developments impacting the company’s operations.
• Support the General Counsel in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Work with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Prepare reports for executive management regarding legal and compliance metrics.
• Facilitate communication between management and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in the development of training materials related to legal compliance.
• Ensure all departmental policies align with the company's compliance obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree or legal certifications (e.g., LPC) is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory or compliance roles
