Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of patient care principles and a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of patient care protocols and initiatives.
  • Engage with patients to provide emotional support and encouragement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in patient care.
  • Participate in patient education activities regarding disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Support the nursing team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered)
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
