Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of patient care protocols and initiatives.
• Engage with patients to provide emotional support and encouragement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in patient care.
• Participate in patient education activities regarding disease prevention and health promotion.
• Support the nursing team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered)
• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• Clinical assessment
• Patient management

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certification
• Nursing Midwifery Council Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Recent experience in geriatric nursing: Knowledge and skills in managing elderly patients' health issues.
• Training in mental health nursing: Experience and expertise in addressing mental health conditions.
