Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. This role is critical in ensuring that policies, procedures, and regulations are followed for the safety and security of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the security team during your shift.
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of equipment and maintain accountability for security measures.
• Organise team schedules and assign tasks effectively.
• Train and mentor new security personnel to enhance service delivery.
• Document incidents and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises and team performance.
• Manage emergency situations by executing standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in security management or supervision are favourable

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in security supervision

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Basic

Advantageous

• First Responder Training: Completion of first responder or equivalent training.
