Job Description

As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will oversee and coordinate various aspects of flight operations. Your role will involve ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising flight scheduling, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate flight schedules, considering factors such as weather conditions, aircraft availability, crew rotations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze flight data to optimise operational efficiency and minimise potential disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including flight plans, reports, and records of maintenance and operational activities.
  • Stay up to date with aviation regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the resolution of operational issues and emergency situations, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to improve processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of flight operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in aviation flight operations or a related role
