Job Description

Looking for a passionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our Wakefield team. Contribute to pioneering medical research while ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Review and interpret laboratory results to guide medication decisions.
  • Educate patients on medication therapies and expected outcomes.
  • Document clinical interventions and outcomes effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives in pharmacy services.
  • Support research efforts by providing pharmacotherapy expertise.
  • Participate in providing training and education to other staff members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on drugs and therapies relevant to clinical research.
  • Engage in patient safety initiatives and medication error reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy or related field
