Job Responsibilities
  • Engage in intense training sessions daily to enhance skills and physical condition.
  • Evaluate personal and team performance with coaches to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate actively in promotional events and media activities to enhance visibility.
  • Study fight footage of opponents to develop specific strategies for upcoming battles.
  • Maintain strong communication with coaches and team members to ensure cohesive training.
  • Keep accurate logs of training progress and physical evaluations.
  • Attend workshops and seminars to further knowledge in martial arts techniques.
  • Represent the organisation at various MMA events and exhibitions.
  • Share insights and techniques on social media platforms to engage with fans.
  • Commit to a training schedule that maximises performance in competitive settings.
Job Requirements
  • No formal qualifications required, but extensive training and competition experience in various martial arts disciplines is essential.
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Expert in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a strong grip and submission techniques.
  • Muay Thai Advanced skills in striking and clinching techniques.
  • Boxing Strong boxing skills with emphasis on footwork and head movement.
  • Wrestling Proficient in takedown techniques and grappling.
  • Mental toughness Exceptional resilience under pressure.
  • Analytical thinking Ability to assess opponents and adapt strategies.
  • Communication Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively with coaches and teammates.
Advantageous
  • Experience in other combat sports: Background in judo or kickboxing is a plus.
