Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Professional Athletes Coach to join our dynamic coaching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing professional athletes to achieve their highest potential in their respective sports.
Responsibilities
Create customised training regimens tailored to individual athlete needs.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with a focus on skill enhancement.
Evaluate athletes' performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Facilitate communication among athletes, coaches, and healthcare teams.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to boost athlete performance.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback.
Implement innovative training techniques and methodologies.
Keep abreast of advancements in sports science and coaching.
Assist athletes in achieving their personal, mental, and physical health goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all training activities.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience coaching professional athletes.
