Responsibilities

  • Create and manage budgets for events, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
  • Research potential conference venues and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines and project plans, coordinating logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting on key performance metrics.
