Job Description

We are in search of a creative and organised Event Planner who can bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our team. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a range of events from corporate functions to private parties.
• Manage guest lists and coordinate RSVP processes efficiently.
• Track and report on event performance metrics to clients.
• Build and maintain a network of event suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Utilise event management software for planning and tracking purposes.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients before, during, and after events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications or related field
• Master's degree in Event Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a senior event planning role
