Job Description

Join Manufacturing Leader Ltd. as a Tool Adjuster, where your role will involve inspecting, maintaining, and adjusting tools critical to our manufacturing processes, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust plastic injection molding machines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and product discrepancies.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
  • Drive process improvements and equipment upgrades.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
  • Collaborate with production teams to maximise efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback for tooling design improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed apprenticeship or trade school in toolmaking or mechanical engineering
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in toolmaking or related field
