Job Description

As a Belt Weaver, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality belts using a variety of materials and weaving techniques. Responsibilities

  • Set up weaving machines for production runs, adjusting settings as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns as required.
  • Monitor production efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Document production processes and quality checks for compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Formal training or apprenticeship in textile manufacturing is advantageous
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
