Job Description

As a Repair Armature Winder Helper, you will play a critical role in supporting the Repair Armature Winder in the repair and rewinding of electric motor armatures. This position involves working in a workshop setting, where your skills in disassembling, cleaning, and assembling armatures will be vital. You will gain hands-on experience in the electrical repair industry while ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support during the rewinding process.
• Inspect and clean tooling and workspace every day.
• Follow detailed instructions from the Repair Armature Winder.
• Record repair and winding processes for quality assurance.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for review and planning.
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or electrical environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read technical drawings

Languages

• English: Fluent
