Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for catching and securing strips during the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and preventing any interruptions or delays.

Responsibilities

  • Catch and secure strips efficiently from the production line.
  • Verify strip quality and report any discrepancies.
  • Keep the workspace tidy, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to.
  • Work closely with the machine operators to ensure effective production flow.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Assist in training new staff and share best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials used in the process.
  • Engage with team meetings to discuss production targets.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
