Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee engineering projects and drive manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring adherence to best practices in manufacturing processes and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct engineering teams in executing manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
  • Oversee production schedules and workflows to optimize resource allocation.
  • Facilitate training programs for team members to enhance skills.
  • Establish and manage metrics for measuring manufacturing performance.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management on project status and challenges.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within manufacturing
