Job Description

As a Swager Operator, you'll be operating advanced swaging machines to produce high-quality steel wire rope products. The role involves setting up machinery, ensuring production specifications are met, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal production.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure that quality is maintained.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Training or certification in machine operation preferred
Experience
  • Experience with swaging machines or similar manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
