Job Description

As a Warehouse Process Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Watford depot, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency. Your role will involve leading a team of warehouse staff, implementing process improvements, and maintaining safety standards to uphold our commitment to excellence in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure order fulfilment.
• Design and implement training programs for new staff on warehouse processes.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Work closely with inventory management to optimize stock levels.
• Analyse warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the transport team to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Maintain records of warehouse performance and report to senior management.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage staff engagement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of warehouse layouts for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure quality control measures are adhered to throughout the warehouse.
