Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Coventry. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of supply chain including procurement, logistics, and inventory.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain efficiency through continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain with business goals.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor stock levels and order quantities.
  • Mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
  • Drive the team towards achieving key performance indicators.
  • Get involved in supplier selection and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and participate in supply chain audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field
  • MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years in logistics and supply chain management
