Rag Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rag Production Worker to join our team. The Rag Production Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production of rags, including cutting, sorting, packaging, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for production runs and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct weekly audits on inventory and supply levels.
• Participate in team meetings to share updates and feedback.
• Support management in achieving production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance skills

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Experience working in a similar role.
• Familiarity with textile industry processes: Understanding of the textile production processes would be beneficial.
• Experience operating machinery and equipment: Knowledge of the machinery used in rag production.
