Job Description

We're looking for a District Plant Superintendent to manage the operations and maintenance of our plant facilities. Your role will ensure efficient production, uphold safety standards, and lead a skilled team to exceed production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of multiple plant facilities to achieve production targets.
  • Create operational strategies to ensure optimal production and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of plant performance metrics and implement necessary changes.
  • Enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations across all operations.
  • Work closely with various teams to identify operational challenges and solutions.
  • Direct maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Manage supply chain logistics to maintain adequate inventory for plant operations.
  • Draft and communicate detailed reports on plant performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for plant staff to enhance their skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Professional certifications in plant operations are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in plant operations and management
