Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team in Armagh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in manufacturing quality control and a passion for improving processes to ensure product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance activities across the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and optimize quality management systems.
  • Monitor quality metrics and generate reports for upper management.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality best practices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support product development teams to align quality objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Advise on product testing and validation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in quality management systems
