Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs based on job specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and maintain detailed logs of machine performance.
  • Resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Work alongside the quality assurance team to monitor production outcomes.
  • Assist with the development of new processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback based on machine performance.
  • Manage tool inventory and maintain proper storage of equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in machine operation preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine setup and operation.

Languages

Advantageous
