Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Control Supervisor to oversee our production scheduling and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen ability to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily production meetings and briefings.
• Create effective work schedules for production staff.
• Implement corrective actions for production delays.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule equipment upkeep.
• Ensure all production activities align with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Manufacturing Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
