Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to streamline our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will manage logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipping schedules and freight forwarding.
  • Manage logistics documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and status updates.
  • Analyze costs and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Support the implementation of new logistics technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential logistics improvements.
  • Assist in training new team members on logistics processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected logistics issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant logistics certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination
