Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Woodworkers to join our production team. As a Woodworker, you will work with precision to insert tips into various products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Efficiently insert product tips while meeting daily production quotas.
Keep track of production quality and suggest improvements.
Ensure machinery is in working order through regular maintenance.
Work in compliance with all safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Accurately record production counts and materials used.
Maintain cleanliness around workstations and tools used.
Assist in training new team members in key processes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and targets.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
