Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bristol. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing cloud infrastructure and services, implementing DevOps practices, and ensuring optimal performance of cloud-based applications. Responsibilities

  • Architect cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the deployment of cloud applications and services.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance efficiency.
  • Work closely with security teams to implement compliance and security protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on cloud best practices.
  • Provide 3rd level support for cloud-related incidents.
  • Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with vendors for cloud services and tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the cloud engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Cloud Technologies is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in cloud engineering with DevOps experience
