Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Well Head Pumper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of wellhead equipment, ensuring smooth oil and gas production, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wellhead operations and prepare daily activity reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Manage emergency procedures and provide training to team members.
• Review and assess well performance indicators for optimization.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Lead safety briefings and maintain safety logs.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in wellhead operations

Experience

• Familiarity with oil and gas production processes.

Technical Skills

• SCADA Systems
• Instrumentation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Additional safety certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional certifications in equipment maintenance: Certifications related to equipment maintenance or safety are advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry: Prior experience in wellhead operations is beneficial.
