Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Dumfries. The successful candidate will have a robust background in vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and physical therapy applications for enhancing automobile performance.
Responsibilities
Diagnose vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools.
Execute repairs and modifications according to safety protocols.
Engage in proactive communication with clients regarding their vehicles.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist with training junior staff on best practices.
Evaluate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Help maintain the workshop to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
Education
Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Automotive Engineering
Master Mechanic qualification is advantageous
Experience
5+ years in a mechanical workshop environment
