Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airplane Tester to join our team. The role involves testing various aircraft components and systems to ensure their safe operation and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and tests on various aircraft components.
• Document testing processes and results meticulously.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve testing methodologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Provide input for design improvements based on testing outcomes.
• Ensure that all tests meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize aircraft testing software and data acquisition systems effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Airplane Maintenance Engineering License (AMEL)
• Technical diploma in Aviation

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft testing or maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Aircraft testing software proficiency
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Analytical mindset

Certifications

• Avionics certification
• Hazardous Materials Handling certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.: Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with test automation tools.: Knowledge of automating testing for efficiency and accuracy.
