Responsibilities

• Design and craft bespoke bows that meet specific client requirements.
• Select high-quality materials to ensure durability and performance.
• Work closely with the design team to innovate and improve bow designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while using equipment.
• Provide feedback and suggestions based on client interactions.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee standards are met.
• Train apprentices or junior staff when required to elevate team skills.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required
• Relevant training or certifications in craftsmanship preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in bow making or similar craftsmanship
